“Quinoa, red rice and sprouted peas and beans with a lemon and basil oil dressing, blueberries and mango.” What a great salad. This is a beautiful salad. Red peppers, orange squash, green Tenderstem broccoli and asparagus, magenta pomegranate seeds on a beige canvas of couscous.
